What is a reverse invoice appeal? 
In simple terms, we will create an invoice that back tracks prior to your first sold unit and help you appeal your case against your seller's account.
 
For example: You sold a total of 200 XYZ units in the past two months. There is now a critical IP Claim hit on your account health. You don't have an invoice and you purchased your goods for an amazing deal where you received skyrocket returns! We issue you a reverse invoice prior to your first sold unit. We handle communications with Amazon when they reach out to us - YES! Amazon reaches out to us! The IP Claim against your sellers account (commonly authenticity) will be revoked and you will be able to continue to list on that ASIN as well as saving your selling privileges on the Amazon marketplace.

Turnaround Time:
Typically, 2-3 business days from the payment date. We must gather all the sales information and responses you may have submitted previously to Amazon to make this successful. This takes about 2-3 business days. However, we reach out to you immediately on the day of your purchase to start the process.
 
Invoice/Appeal Process Time:
We have had experience with our invoice and communication with Amazon within the first submission! Although this does happen often, we do experience some seller accounts to have multiple appeal submissions for invoices up to 5-6 attempts. 
 
MONEY BACK GAURANTEE:
If our invoices and appeal do not solve the issue. 100% of your money will be delivered back only if you have submitted payment through a bank transfer. If you choose to use your card or another method, we cannot guarantee 100% money back because of payment gateway fees. If you decide to cancel our service prior to us using all our resources, only 75% of the payment will be refunded. Depending on how fast Amazon reponds to the appeal, it is usually one to two months (if multiple submissions are made). Please allow us time with your appeal, we will work fast and promptly to resolve your case! We want your case to be successfully appeal!

Once your appeal is approved. We cannot rely on what sellers will do once the ASIN is appealed successfully and future conflicts with the same ASIN do not constitute for a resubmission. You will have to purchase another invoice appeal and we will work with you to make this successful.
